I am having problems getting my GE Mastr II VHF exciter to tune properly. All goes well until I start tuning T110. I have my meter on pins 5 (-) and 6 (+) but get no reading at all. I have adjusted T110 all the way through but still see no reading. When I ground my meter to chassis ground I get about 9 volts here. Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong? I am fairly new to repeater building and have not seen this problem yet.
