0.35uV is the rated sensitivity of most Mastr II
repeaters (UHF anyway) WITHOUT a preamp. 0.20 with
the preamp (info from the manual).

Try it stock first, and if the repeater can't hear
the users, consider the preamp. The best test is to
get a user who receives the repeater with a bit of
noise, and see how well he can get into it. If the
"noise" levels are close, the repeater is somewhat
balanced.
