You can test drive a RC-210 on 146.625- PL 123.0 while at the 
Hamvention.  The repeater is a custom built Micor Mobile conversion.  
The PA is a 110 watt board cut in half (physically) to produce a 1 to 10 
watt final, and the Audio PA was removed.  The conversion was geared 
toward saving energy as it will be powered by a solar backed lead acid 
battery.  The repeater will likely run about 5 watts.
