Hi Rick, 

Very nice antenna you have there. The standard range 
for the vhf model should be 138-174Mhz, broad band and 
with a very nice amount gain.  You can make it semi 
directional by placing the dipoles in line. If they 
are 90 degree offset from each other, the radiation 
is near circular depending on the the adjacent mount 
(ie the tower). 

A very expensive antenna and you have the enclosed 
feed line version. It's matching harness/method is 
quite different compared to the Decibel layout.

I spec and use them at many repeater sites... very 
very nice units.
