I don't know about the VXR-5000 but I have noted some software on e-Bay
weather this seller has your particular needs or not. Yeasu / Vertex /
Standard may charge a high price. I did find a Russian web site
http://www.hackersrussia.ru/Radio/m_vertex.php
1st. Download, by the way make sure you download a file to convert Russian
to English.
