Gene, what is wrong with the duplexer you presently have? You stated that you already had a system up and running and were replacing the radio with a Micor (although you did say units, not sure if you are talking about using two mobile units or not)

Probably about $50 for crystals, I suggest sending the channel element to ICM to have the crystal installed and temperature compensated.
Keep in mind too that you will need to tune the radio to the new frequency. It will be well worth your efforts, you have a fine machine.

...And yes, some people on this list are brutal if you don't talk the talk... I figured out you meant Micor from your original post.

OK, so go easy.  I said I was new to the list.  Don't hit me too hard the very first time, or is this the norm?  You know, cheap ;is relative.  Thanks anyway.

Also, the words"2meter duplexer" and "cheap" do not go together at all. No
such thing as a cheap 2 meter duplexer that works well.Prepare to pay if you
want one.

I am a new member of the group with a question. We have the opportunity
to replace our present "pieced together" repeater with a Micron, which
is offered at a better than believable price. We will need crystals,
however. Can anyone give us the approzimate cost of a set of crystal
units for this endeavor. Sorry, I can't provide more info at this time,
as I haven't seen the units, which are operational at this time. Too,
any good leads on a set of duplexers for 2 meters? Must be operationad
and cheap!

Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.
