Thanks to all who posted way to get the job done. Most were good, a 
few were rude, but hey. What can you expect. I am building some 
Motorola mobile radios to become EchoLink/IRLP link radios and needed 
to get a positive going COS so EchoLink & IRLP would respond 
correctly. I just overlooked the simplest way to do the job. I was 
trying to make it harder than it was. The problem with growing up in 
the digital world.
