Yes, I have had pretty good luck with e-mail in almost every situation ... there are however, times where e-mail just disappears. No trace, no bounce ... no nothing. Most of these instances have been to personal sites - home computers and the like. Once in a while, an e-mail to a company will go astray ... that is once in a while. My earlier experience with the ARRL, no one ever answered; period. Phone calls seem to be more reliable. At least I know if I got a disconnected number ...
