Hi, Pat.
I am leasing an existing site from the Forest Service.
It depends if they have any spaces available
It depends if they want to have any more sites
They were trying to end all leases and have all the sites removed from there
land
A few have been able to stay
My lease cost is about $1200.00 per year and the income is about $2000.00
plus the insurance and electricity and improvements.
They might tell you to share the space with some one else, and give you the
name of the sites that have space available.
If it is new site, you may have to file and environmental impact.
The new sites they are trying to collect the maximum price available, (the
big bucks the cell sites pay).
You maybe able to find an existing site and purchase the building and assume
the lease from the Forest Service.
I hope this helps, Butch
