Pin 2 on J910, which is the same connector power is applied to. Pin 
numbering starts AWAY from the center of the radio.
It's labeled RX Mute. It will follow how the radio is programmed for 
that channel, either tone+COS or just COS. Also it's affected by the 
hang-up box, so if a channel is programmed with CG, if you take the mic 
off hook by grounding pin 9 on the same connector, it will be COS.
I think it's active high, but I could be wrong (50/50 chance ;c)
