Here's what you want. Scanner Recorder. http://www.davee.com/scanrec/ Hook your scanner/receiver to a soundcard and let it run. ScanRec will record the audio and Time/Date stamp when that recording was. Also works great for documenting "LIDS" or abusers of your machine. Will run on an old 486 or better.
