I had no idea there were so many still in use.
Some people requested one but their email bounced.
Mike Morris WA6ILQ said that he would put it on www.repeater-builder.com
on the "Other Manufacturers" page.
So if you did not get it via email from me look there.

file.
The manual is for the building the kit but also contains trouble
shooting information.

Be aware that it is a large file (10 Mb).
