Mathew,
I congratulate you for your patience in the search for a solution. It
must be very frustrating for you, and the temptation to start over with
an entirely different repeater may be very strong. However, your
experience is extremely important to every repeater operator, not just
to Amateur Radio operators.
Every new clue generates more suggestions, and this process educates all
of us who are following this thread. Please entertain all suggestions,
and respond back to the list regularly so that we as a group can learn
and progress to a solution. There is a huge resource eager to help, and
the final solution will be documented so that others can benefit. Hang
