Bad cal data on the network analyzer... and the Tunwall leads are poor test leads. Good for AM ATU's and not much more. Used good cables, and did a thru-transmission test... I had to cut the inductors ever so slightly.. but things started looking more like I had expected in the first place. I also found 3 cold solder joints from Moto inside the assembly..
