John, this can be done with the CE27 software from Vertex. Setting the frequency boundaries and rx tuning are described in the 'CE27 EEPROM Programmming Software Reference Manual - Supervisor Edition'. I assume You have got this from Vertex since You are an approved dealer for this equipement.
