[Repeater-Builder] *** OT *** Any GP-68 Gurus out there? (programming question)

Hi There!    Any one out there have any experience with this keyboard direct entry HT?  The radio wont go into program mode, and I'm wondering about this dealer/user config.....   I've been to batlabs and I have the ap73/gp68 user manuals but would like to talk/keyboard to a user/owner of this little rig.   Thanks!
