Look all over the chassis for another model number, probably on a yellow or orange sticker, something that starts with TPN.
This almost sounds like a power supply for an MSF5000, but I'm sure there are other similar station supplies. Same number and size of fuses, and the equalize switch would indicate it is the battery-charging version.
