"vb" vapor block cables were developed by db about 
1971--- if you have an old catalog they're addressed 
in the engineering section
 
I believe they made at least three types, which are 
still used by them today for their harnesses---
  
The velocity factor for all 3 is .66  polyethylene 
dielectric, copper braid
 
vb 83 = 35 ohm
vb 8 = 50 ohm
vb 11 = 75 ohm
