Hey guys... I'm waiting for an answer from Sinclair on this but
thought I would ask here as surely someone knows and I need a quick
answer! Can anyone help me out please?

I am assembling a new old stock Sinclair SRL2352 exposed dipole
array. The factory assembled cable harness uses clamp on plastic
"clam shells" filled with some type of sticky goo at the harness Y
junctions. I need to know if these are inherently weatherproof as
supplied or do I need to provide additional protection to keep water
out?

I'd like to think (hope!) they don't need additional sealing, as I
will admit I am uncertain as to my ability to do it RIGHT if they
do. Weatherproofing all the (many) type N connectors is no
problem... just need to know if that is all I need do.
