Me thinks it's for coupling a VHF radio system onto a hot AM BC tower.... someone can perhaps confirm. Can't find any info on the net.
I have no use for this thing... maybe someone on here does... it's free for the cost of the shipping.
Otherwise into the dumpster it goes...
