I'm suspecting the ferro cap after looking at it. It seems to have some oily residue on the top of the can so maybe it has been leaking. I'm unable to check capacitance but I did pull the leads of and check with my DMM on ohm range and its not shorted. It will start to charge up on the higher range but then again unknown capacitance. Anyone know where I can get a new cap like this??
