Mark, Since AWA equipment was manufactured by an Australian firm (Amalgamated Wireless Australasia), you might try contacting any one of many Amateur Radio clubs in that country, that use AWA equipment. I used Google to search for "Amalgamated Wireless" and came up with dozens of sites that look promising.
