According to an old Sinclair datasheet, the 2B indicates a frequency range of 132-150 MHz, the trailing D indicates 3 in cans and the O5 is an engineering number. Looking at Q-203D specs shows 3 MHz min spacing, 0.6dB insertion loss and 65 dB isolation.
