Hmmm, how to answer that. It depends on how you define "up there". :-) There's a number of high-powered FM's straight down the hill, less than a mile away (another site, lower), and there's both analog and digital TV, and paging, and various trunking things (well, one of the 800 MHz trunk sites moved out, apparently), and tons of hams, and...
