Bernie,

If it's like my mid-90s vintage RM35M, there's a trim pot on the PC board, 
which appears trace-side-up when you remove the top cover. It's not the best 
design...would have been nice if they'd made it accessible through a hole on 
the case without taking it apart. (Or, even out of the rack!)

Look for it back a little from the edge of the PC board opposite the filter 
capacitor's screw terminals.

The factory says it's adjustable 11-15V, but I think it crowbars at 15, so 
don't push it.
