15 pf and 12 pf in series would give you 6.7 pf, but if you have the space you could put them in parallel and have 27 pf. I'm sure that's what you meant to say. No guarantees on the specific item you're working with but usually putting a couple of caps in parallel to arrive at a needed value works just fine. I'd try that if it were me.
