Number two in the hit-parade is the Karaoke Mics that pop up on the input to some repeaters... I happen to be the lucky one here in Northern California. A 9-volt battery powered mic reaches my 5+ miles distant high level repeater site quite well. The only song request we've made is to track the user/owner down and ask that he stop using that mic, which so far has worked quite well.
