Hi all,

I'm looking to try my hand at layout for some microwave printed circuit boards. 
 Would any of you know where I might find (on the internet) formulae for the 
design of various PCB pattern geometry for various microwave functions (ratrace 
mixers, wilkinson splitters, hairpin filters, duplexers, couplers, etc.)?  If 
not, would anyone know a really good reference book with such formulae?

P.S. I'm a degreed electrical engineer with 33 years experience, including a 
lot of PCB design for digital signals up to around 3.5 GHz and RF to around 70 
GHz.  However, I don't happen to currently have any good (read as very pricey) 
tools or references to help with calculating dimensions.  I'd like to see how 
close I can get without 3D field solvers and do several iterations to get it 
right.
