No, John... you just misunderstood what was happening - that's the way they 
drive all the time in Pennsylvania!!  When I was coming back west from New 
Jersey after acquiring my 900 MHz MSF5000, the average speed along the 
Interstate (even big trucks) was 80-85 MPH, even in the snow!  YEOW!
