[Repeater-Builder] mice at repeater sights

Some of you pros have delt  with this i am sure.
A commercial repeater that i do some work on, i went up to the sight  
after over a year, and let's just say it was a horrible sight.
The mice brought the repeater to its knees.
Anyone have some advice on getting rid of the little bastards and  
keeping them away?
Anyone else delt with this problem?
  Mice are evil
