I am constructing one of the "repeater-builders friends'", and am in need of a DTMF pad, or suggestions. I have a Motorola DTMF mic that I picked up from someone @ work. I have tried it direct into the controller, through a pot, and through an amplifier w/ a matching transformer on it. The controller is an ARCOM 210 and it does not seem to be picking up the tones no matter what I try. The controller is brand new, and was purchased assembled and tested, so I can only assume that it is fully functional.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Jeremy KB3BAM
