Hi guys, Our club is looking for a small repeater amp (50 watts max) for our UHF machine.
Right now its putting out a whopping 6 watts - we did a test with a 25 watt "strip" off a TAD-450 commercial rig and the listening station reported a significant gain. The signal went from 1 s unit on his rig to 8 s-units. I am wondering if any of the GE or Motorola final "strips" are good enough to handle the duty cycle.
