This is good because some mail clients you can set up a rule that if the 
subject has "OT-" in it, it will automatically go into the junk folder.

  The posts have little to do with repeaters.
  They are allowed because OT appears in the subject line. My rules state 
  that OT posts are allowed as long as they are plainly marked Off Topic, 
  which they are.

  Liberal use of the delete key will solve your issue.
