These are more commonly known as "private line control modules." They have 2 momentary switches in the front labeled "Operate PL" and "Operate Carrier Squelch." They have 2 tone decoders on board - 1550 Hz and 1450 Hz. If you or anyone you know has any they don't need, let me know.
