Budd, The mods I do to Sinclair Q2220E duplexers to move them to 220-225Mhz will work well for the TPRD-1554 duplexer as well. The harness will be a bit harder to modify, as the connectors are soldered with clamp connectors. You could make a new harness using RG-400 or RG-223.
Also, I am not sure how the finger stock and tuning rod work inside the Telewave duplexers, but a similar mod should be possible. The details are here: http://www.irlp.net/duplexer I have modded 4 duplexers now, and they all give 80-90db notches with 1.0-1.2 db insertion loss.
