[Repeater-Builder] Cushman CE-4 Service Monitor

Darned thing is going out of lock,. The unlocked LED is flashing off and on. 
Does anyone have any idea where to begin to look?

Does anyone have a service manual on it.?  I see several Cushman monitors on 
E-bay, but not this one.
