[Repeater-Builder] HT750 vs CP200

I am looking for a nice, durable radio to add to my repeater system. I need 
around 16 channels and my top choices are 1 HT750 2 CP200 3 the ICOM IC-F21. 
The reason why I like Motorola is because of their durability and I own a GP300 
and have never had problems with it. Could I get some opinions on which one to 
go with or some other radios of recomendation for my purpose
