Well.... Cushcraft.... what can I say? I never saw one I liked. Gamma matches make pretty poor performers in my opinion.
I don't believe any of the Decibel line over the years used anything but standard copper braid on any of their antennas. My thought is that while the copper braid may occasionally cause PIM, it's most likely very rare. The foil/braid combo is another story.
