Let get real...we're making up configurations and drawing conclusions that will perhaps not even be considered. Without being part of the public safety team in this fellas community all these what-ifs are senseless. Each community and its emergency management will decide what works best for them...the fella asked for some technical advice. In this guys town a public safety agency might be a part-time assignment for a volunteer fireman.
