Yes. But, you may have reliability issues in times of heavy traffic (such as bad weather, natural disasters, Etc.)
It will also be a poor choice for autopatch for the same reason. But, it can technically be done. There are devices to connect a standard phone to a cellphone. I would search eBay for one. Joe M.
