There are a couple of users here who offer duplexers... I have used one, and been very satisfied. (Hopefully Jeff will chime in soon! Buehler? Buehler???)

In the UK it is almost impossible to find them, and for 50Mhz unless you want to spend 1000,s of pounds, is a defo no no.
