Well I did it and changed the analog repeater setup to digital TDMA Mototrbo today. I am going to sell the complete box ready to go minus the duplexer. There is a version 2 Kenwood TKR-850K repeater, Link Comm. RLC4 Controller that includes 2 Delay boards, and DVR board. If interested please email me off the list.
