That's the ID mine has on it, and if you look it up on the FCC website, you will find that it is Part 90 accepted for 136-174 MHz, and 406.1-470 MHz. Granted on 2/16/2010.
For those who are speculating about the legitimacy of the FCC ID, or the fact that it exists: It does exist, it is printed on the radio label, it is REAL/authentic, and it is showing the same on the FCC website under the same model number. Heck, it is even spec'ed for the entire ham bands! Joe M.
