Hi, It would be nice to have Ethernet support as the Internal WiFi chip doesn't work with free software.
It would will make testing faster as you don't need to enter a WiFi password or to setup a custom access point without password specifically for that. It's not 100% reliable as it didn't work the first time I tried, but all the subsequent tests worked fine. I tested it with an official Samsung usb host cable and a 10/100 Ethernet card that is compatible with the asix driver. Once the card is plugged in, no setup is required, and at the end an icon that looks like "<->" appears on the top bar. At that point the device has automatically done a dhcp and everything is configured. I didn't test if all the appliations detected fine that there is a valid connection but for some, this is sufficent to be able to download things from the Internet.
