Hi Paul, Thanks for the tip. I actually knew about FOSSjobs and perhaps others in the Replicant community knew about it too.
We purposefully opted to post the "Call for a community manager" just in Replicant channels (blog, mailing list, IRC and forum) because that helps narrow things down to the profile we are looking for. We hope to find someone with an extensive knowledge about Replicant, and therefore already involved in the community. In the future we may open calls for paid development work. If/when that happens we will surely post it at FOSSjobs and other job aggregators. Being already involved in the community won't be a requirement for a developer position. Actually it may turn to be advantageous to have someone new, with fresh ideas, helping us out with the development effort.
