Hello!
When I do, receive or miss a phone call from my Contacts, my GT-I9300
shows the contact name on the call history. I remember long ago the call
history also showed phone numbers even when the person on the other end
was not one of my Contacts. That changed many months ago (perhaps
years?) and now I cannot know anymore who I called or who called me
unless I have their phone number in my contacts. For every call with
someone not in my Contacts, the call history shows "Unknown".
I would suspect it could be related to the carrier if I that happened
only to incoming calls, but the problem affects to outgoing calls too.
And I do see the phone numbers of incoming calls while they ring, but
the call history will list them as "Unknown".
I reinstalled and changed to another GT-I9300 but the problem remains.
Do you suffer from this problem too?
Any suggestion on how to fix it?
