the proposal for A4.1 is intended to distinguish 'non-sharing' and 'non-free' indeed, all 'non-sharing' license are also 'non-free'; but some 'sharing' license are also 'non-free'; so those are 3 different sub-sets of 'non-free' presumably, the 'sharing' licenses are not proprietary; but it seems that 'non-sharing' is synonymous with 'proprietary'
