maven-svn are checkouts of svn repos that are later synced into the
main repo. They are probably still used in the m2 sync script. The
script updates the maven-svn/groupId folder and then rsyncs

eclipse was supposed to be temporal, but keep a backup in case a lot
of people start shouting
