Hello,
My current locale setting is:
artu...@szczaw:~$ locale

LC_NUMERIC="POSIX"
LC_TIME="POSIX"
LC_COLLATE="POSIX"

When I tried to submit a bugreport to einstein package I got:

2 bug reports found:

Outstanding bugs -- Minor bugs; Unclassified (1 bug)

Forwarded bugs -- Wishlist items (1 bug)

The wave-arrow character used in new BTS design for forwarded messages makes
the mess.
Of course when I switch to UTF8 environment (using uxterm instead xterm)
everything is OK.

Best Regards
        Artur
