BFG uses chameleon, which relies on lxml for processing HTML / XML
templates. So, the question is whether we can package BFG such that it
makes the 'chameleon.core[lxml]' dependency optional. It also contains
an 'xslt' module which depends directly on lxml: I imagine that module
could be broken out easily into an extra, or even a separate egg.
